Shipping & Pickup Policy

At Vaicomcalma, we harvest, heart-stitch, and pack every order by hand from our farm. Because we spend our weekends meeting you at fairs across Portugal, our shipping schedule follows the rhythm of the harvest.

1. Processing Times

• Standard Orders: We typically process and ship orders within 2–4 business days.

• Fair Weekends: Orders placed between Friday and Sunday are processed starting on Tuesday, once we are back from the weekend markets.

2. Shipping Rates (Portugal & EU)

• Domestic (Portugal): €5.00 flat rate via tracked shipping.

• Free Shipping: We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all Portuguese orders over €50.

• European Union: We ship to most EU countries for a flat rate of €12.00. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

3. Free Local Pickup (At the Fair!)

If you are local or visiting a fair where we are exhibiting, you can skip the shipping costs entirely.

• How it works: Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

• Where to find us: Since our locations change, please check our latest Instagram posts or Stories to see where we will be this coming weekend.

• Collection: Simply bring your order confirmation email (digital or printed) to our stall.

4. Eco-Friendly Packaging

In line with our organic philosophy, we keep our packaging as "calm" as possible. We use recyclable materials and avoid unnecessary plastics to ensure your lavender arrives safely while respecting the earth it grew in.

5. Returns & Damaged Items

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if a glass candle or jar arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours at [Insert Email Address] so we can make it right.
